Wandering Through Bayyari Park

History

The park was acquired in 1995 through the Park Land Dedication Ordinance. Bayyari Park is found off the Regency and Colonial in David Lyle Subdivision. The park measures 7.4 acres and it has an orchard of trees and the park sits close to White River.

Bayyari Park Trail

The Bayyari Park Trail is situated near Fayetteville Arkansas and this singletrack trail measures 1,639 ft. Mountain bikes are primarily used in this trail and it uses both directions. In addition to that, the park also has an easy overall physical rating and a 4-ft green climb.

Park Amenities

The Bayyari Park is a 15-acre site which offers the succeeding amenities:

  • 1 separate swing set
  • 1 playground that comes with a wood chip fall zone perfect for ages 5 to 12
  • 0.5-mile natural surface trail
  • 3 covered picnic tables
  • Picnic areas
  • Pavilion with restroom and picnic tables

Pavilions

You can rent the Bayyari Pavilion for 2 hours at minimum with a rate of $12.50 /hour. The pavilion can cater up to 80 guests.

Notes

There is no reserved parking area inside Bayyari Park. All vehicles should park along the Regency Drive which is at the park’s main entrance or in South Hoddle Place’s cul-de-sac where a small nature trail will lead you to the main area of the park. Moreover, there is a 650-foot-long path that will lead you to White River if you are from the park’s playground area.
