TheatreSquared or T2 is a state-of-the-art modern theatre located at 477 W Spring Street, Fayetteville, Northwest Arkansas. It is the brainchild of a renowned architectural firm, Marvel Architects, known for their famous projects in New York namely the New Lab at the Brooklyn Navy Yard — a hub for innovative research and manufacturing center, St. Anne’s Warehouse — a popular performance venue in Brooklyn, and Pierhouse — a residential building with a stunning view of the New York Harbor and the Brooklyn Bridge. T2 spans roughly 50,000 square feet of indoor space designed to house two pioneering theaters, rehearsal spaces, 8 guests artist suite, offices, in-house workshops for props and costumes, education and community space, and a 24/7 café and bar. The builders designed the TheatreSquared’s studio, rehearsal area, as well as the main stage to be readily visible from across the street, actually projecting from the facade to solely create and let people experience a live play.

It is one of the foremost cultural institutions In Northwest Arkansas. Since it’s opening way back in 2005, it has welcomed roughly 65 thousand guests and spectators. The theatre stages seven productions yearly.
