Every blue dot on this map represents a real Central Arkansas home where Direct Service Garage Doors has repaired, installed, or maintained a garage door — pulled directly from our internal service records.
Direct Service Garage Doors has serviced 8,274 unique customer addresses across 81 Central Arkansas cities from 2018 through 2026. Top service markets include Little Rock (3,302 homes), Maumelle (1,137), North Little Rock (629), Benton (575), and Conway (511). The company has operated in Central Arkansas since 2014 and maintains a 4.9-star Google rating across more than 1,300 verified reviews.
Real service density across Central Arkansas's largest markets, by total unique service addresses on file. Each city below has its own dedicated location page with neighborhood-specific service details, pricing, and customer reviews.
From the Heights and Hillcrest historic homes to the Chenal Valley new builds, our trucks roll through Little Rock multiple times per day. Spring repairs make up the majority of Little Rock calls — the older the home, the older the springs.
Maumelle is one of our highest-density service areas. The newer construction (most homes built 1990s–2010s) means we see a lot of opener replacements as those original units hit the 15–20 year wall. Lake Valencia and Country Club Pkwy areas account for hundreds of jobs.
NLR runs the gamut from older Park Hill and Lakewood homes to newer subdivisions out by McCain. We service all of it. The city splits between residential garage door repair and a healthy slice of commercial overhead door work near JFK and McCain Boulevards.
Benton has grown fast and so has our work there. Most repairs are spring and cable jobs on doors that were installed during the city's 2005–2015 building boom. Saline Memorial and the I-30 corridor are routine routes for our techs.
Conway is a builder town and a college town — we handle both. New door installs through our builder program plus repair work on student rentals and faculty homes. Our Conway customers stretch from Centennial Valley out to Lake Conway.
Cabot homeowners call us for the long-haul fixes — these are families who plan to stay 20 years and want it done right the first time. We see everything here from broken springs after winter cold snaps to full new door installs for kitchen-renovation homes.
Sherwood's mix of established neighborhoods (Indian Hills, Sherwood Forest) and new growth on the Maumelle border keeps us busy. Most calls are repair-driven — springs, cables, and openers on doors that have been in service 15+ years.
Bryant is one of the fastest-growing cities in our service area. We handle a lot of new construction openers through builders plus the inevitable repair calls 8–10 years later when those openers and springs reach their end of life.
Jacksonville and the surrounding LRAFB area have been on our route since day one. Military families move every 2–3 years, so we see the same homes multiple times — our 3-year warranty covers it whether the customer is the same or not.
Alexander is small but mighty in our records. Mostly repair work on the established neighborhoods along Alexander Road and Highway 5, with new installs popping up in the newer developments toward the Saline County line.
Hot Springs is our southwest anchor. We make the drive because the work is worth it — the historic homes and lakefront properties around Lake Hamilton and Lake Catherine deserve craftsmen, not a quick patch job.
Austin growth has been steady, and our presence has grown with it. Mostly residential repair, with some new construction installs through builder partnerships in the Austin Lakes and surrounding subdivisions.
New service jobs completed each year, beginning when we transitioned to a full digital service management system in 2018. Earlier service records (2014–2017) exist in paper files but are not reflected on this map.
The trend tells the story: Central Arkansas keeps trusting us, year after year. 1,339 jobs in 2025 alone — and 2026 is already on pace to top it.
| Year | Jobs Completed |
|---|---|
| 2018 | 641 |
| 2019 | 908 |
| 2020 | 928 |
| 2021 | 976 |
| 2022 | 1,073 |
| 2023 | 938 |
| 2024 | 1,024 |
| 2025 | 1,339 |
| 2026 (partial year) | 444 |
Most garage door companies tell you they "serve Central Arkansas." We can show you. Every pin on this map represents an actual customer file in our service management system — a real home where one of our technicians fixed a spring, replaced an opener, installed a new door, or completed a tune-up.
We've operated in Central Arkansas since 2014. Same owner. Same standards. Same warranty. The 8,274 unique service addresses on this map are what 12 years of doing the work right looks like.
If your neighbor's house is on this map, there's a good chance we've already been to your street. Browse the city pages for service details specific to your area, or call us directly at (501) 244-3667.
Every pin on this map is randomly offset within approximately 300 feet of the actual service address. The page and underlying data file contain zero personally identifiable information.
Direct Service Garage Doors is a Central Arkansas company. We do not service Northwest Arkansas — Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale. We sold our NWA operation in 2024 to focus 100% on the Little Rock metro. If you're in NWA, we recommend calling a locally-owned company in your area.
We also don't dispatch outside roughly a 30-mile radius from Little Rock. When a company claims to "serve all of Arkansas," what they usually mean is they'll subcontract the job and mark up the price. Every truck on every job we run is a Direct Service technician — trained in our facility, working off our pricing, backed by our 3-year warranty. That model only works inside our radius. We'd rather do Central Arkansas right than spread thin across a state we can't actually cover well.
