If you forgot to mention it on the phone, just tell your technician when they arrive. They can apply any eligible discount on-site before the invoice is finalized. Discounts can't be added after the service is completed.
Show ID If Required
Military and first responder discounts require a valid ID. Senior and repair discounts are self-reported — no documentation needed.

Yes. Our specials apply to all service calls including same-day emergency repairs. Calls at 6 PM or later carry an after-hours emergency fee (weekends 8 AM–6 PM are no extra; after-hours fees still apply on weekends), and discounts still apply to emergency repairs.
