Direct Service Garage Doors provides residential and commercial garage door repair, installation, maintenance, and related services throughout Central Arkansas, including Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Benton, Bryant, Maumelle, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Cabot, Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and Vilonia. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Estimates provided on our website, by phone, or in person are approximate and subject to change upon physical inspection of the garage door system. Final pricing is determined by the technician on-site based on the actual condition, parts required, and scope of work. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Appointments may be scheduled through our ServiceTitan online booking system, by phone at (501) 244-3667, or through other channels we make available. While we strive to accommodate your preferred date and time, all appointments are subject to technician availability. Same-day service is offered based on availability and is not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Financing is available through Synchrony Financial for qualifying customers, subject to credit approval and Synchrony's terms. Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to additional fees.
Direct Service Garage Doors provides a 3-year labor warranty on all repair and installation work performed by our technicians, unless otherwise specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and products (including garage doors, openers, springs, and other components) are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting us directly.
To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, Direct Service Overhead, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, website, or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our written permission; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Site; interfere with the Site's functionality or security; or submit false or misleading information through any forms or booking tools. Program Description. Direct Service Garage Doors operates an SMS notification program that provides customers with appointment confirmations, technician dispatch and ETA alerts, service completion receipts, invoice and payment confirmations, review requests, and service follow-up messages. By providing your phone number to us through our online booking widget at directserviceoverhead.com, our contact forms, our quote request forms, or by phone, you agree to these SMS Terms and consent to receive these messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide, or have authorization from the account holder, to enroll in our SMS program.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your service activity. Most customers receive 2 to 8 messages per service appointment. We will not send messages on a recurring schedule unrelated to active service.
Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Direct Service Garage Doors does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but charges from your carrier may apply.
Supported Carriers. Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out. You may cancel SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages from us. If you wish to resume messages, reply START. Privacy. Information you provide in connection with our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us directly to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
