Travis came out to diagnose my garage door opener after I explain to him how my warranty company denied my claim due to a dishonest report filed by a technician from Winston Garage Door company whom they sent out. In the report my opener was burned out due to my faulty garage door. Travis was able to get my opener working again by adjusting the sensors. My opener was not burned out as initially reported. From the first moment my wife talked to Rhonda at Direct Services on Saturday we were sold on getting a new garage door from Direct Services. Rhonda scheduled Pernell to come the next day. Pernell was on time, very courteous, and gave us a quote, not only for new door but to install a garage door opener. Parnell even fixed our existing door so it could be secured. This was done on a Sunday. Monday morning Rhonda called and said Joey would be there at 2 on Tuesday afternoon to install a new door and garage door opener. Joey arrived, and in about 3 hours he had the old door off, new door on and garage door opener installed and everything cleaned and ready to be hauled off in his truck. To say Joey was awesome would be an understatement. All I can say is Rhonda, Pernell and Joey are a true assets to Direct Doors as employees. They care about their customers satisfaction and go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. First of all, I'd like to thank Travis who does absolutely amazing work! He arrived on time and explained the issues to me thouroughly. I had broken springs, worn out drums, and also needed a couple of other things that Travis showed me were extremely worn. He also tightened the chain, lubed the rollers and cleaned up light covers that mount over the lift motor (free)! The price was very fair and of course, the work was done perfectly. It does pay too call on someone who has loads of experience and is so professional and honest. I will never use any other company and when my friends or family need something done involving garage door services, I will most certainly refer them to Direct Service Garage Door!! 5+ Star Excellence!!

Travis came out on a service call (Same DAY) and identified faulty equipment. Had what was needed on his truck and quickly made repairs. 100% would recommend to anyone!

My chain broke on the garage door as I was trying to pull in with a load of groceries. Direct Service was out to my home within hours of my call, same day service. Travis explained everything to me and showed me the problem so I understood it well. He replaced the motor and chains, the door opener, everything within an hour. Travis was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done quickly and we love our new fancy garage door openers. The latest features are amazing.

My contact with the folks at Direct Service was prompt and professional from my first call to the office to the last hand shake. Travis came equipped with adequate tools and know-how. He was efficient and careful in changing out the motor and updating many parts of the system that needed upgrades. The fee was commensurate with the level of expertise that was displayed and the quality of parts.

We had a spring break and left us in a bind. Direct Service responded so fast and were able toto get Michael out within 3 hours. He worked fast and did an excellent job replacing the springs on the door and replacing the old motor on the door. We are so happy!

Michael with Direct Service was awesome. He came out within 10 minutes and had my garage door fixed within another 10 minutes. He helped me setup the garage door with remote access and overall added a ton of value. He was extremely knowledgeable and the cost was minimal given the damage!

Michael was prompt, courteous, and did a great job. He paid attention to the details, programed all the remotes including my car! A++++++++++
