From the first moment my wife talked to Rhonda at Direct Services on Saturday we were sold on getting a new garage door from Direct Services. Rhonda scheduled Pernell to come the next day. Pernell was on time, very courteous, and gave us a quote, not only for new door but to install a garage door opener. Parnell even fixed our existing door so it could be secured. This was done on a Sunday. Monday morning Rhonda called and said Joey would be there at 2 on Tuesday afternoon to install a new door and garage door opener. Joey arrived, and in about 3 hours he had the old door off, new door on and garage door opener installed and everything cleaned and ready to be hauled off in his truck. To say Joey was awesome would be an understatement. All I can say is Rhonda, Pernell and Joey are a true assets to Direct Doors as employees. They care about their customers satisfaction and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
